What happens if something doesn't turn out as you expected, stated before you pay.

Downloadable automations: 14 days

If you can't import it or get it running in your n8n within 14 days of purchase, we refund 100% of what you paid.

How to claim it: Write to us on WhatsApp or at ventas@deyvidev.com with your purchase email.
What happens next: If you like, we first help you get it running. If you prefer the refund, we issue it through the same method you paid with and the license is deactivated.
Support: You also get 30 days of support for installation questions.

You see the design before paying more: We show you the design with your logo and your content. The second payment is made when you approve it.
2 revision rounds: Included before launch.
30 days of support: After delivery we fix any fault in what was delivered at no cost.
What it doesn't cover: Scope changes and new features: they are quoted separately, in writing, before being done.
The deposit: It is not refunded once work has started. In exchange you don't pay everything up front: you pay by milestones and every step is put in writing.

A fixed-price installation ends with the automation running in your account, in the same session.

You can sign up for monthly maintenance or ask us for a one-off fix, which is quoted before it is done.
