Terms and conditions
These terms summarize how DeyviDev works. Every custom project is also governed by its signed proposal and contract: if anything here differs from your contract, the contract prevails.
Who we are
DeyviDev is a software development studio from the Dominican Republic that works online. You can reach us at ventas@deyvidev.com or on WhatsApp.
Web projects, apps and custom work
- Proposal and contract
- Before we start you get the scope, the price and the date in writing, and we sign a service agreement. Anything not described in the scope is not included.
- Milestone payments
- 50% on signing, 25% when you approve the design and 25% at launch. You get a receipt for every payment. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD).
- Payment methods
- Card, PayPal or a payment link.
- Timeline
- It starts once we receive your content and the deposit. If content, access or approvals are delayed, the delivery date moves by the same amount.
- Revisions
- Every project includes 2 revision rounds before launch.
- Scope changes
- Any feature or change that is not in the proposal is quoted and agreed in writing before it is done; it may change the price and the date.
- Support
- For 30 days after delivery we fix any fault in what was delivered at no cost. It does not cover changes or new features.
- Cancellation
- If you cancel once work has started, the deposit is not refunded and the work done up to that date is payable.
Who owns what we build
- Your website is yours
- Once payment is complete, the site, the code and all the access credentials are yours. Until then they remain DeyviDev's.
- Domain and hosting in your name
- They are registered in your name and you pay the provider directly. We leave them set up.
- No lock-in
- Monthly maintenance is optional: you can continue with us, with someone else or on your own.
- Portfolio
- We may show the work as an example, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Third-party costs
A project's price does not include what other providers charge, unless the proposal says so: domain, hosting, business email, payment gateways and services such as the WhatsApp Business API or AI models.
You sign up for and pay those services directly. The proposal states which ones are needed.
Downloadable automations
- Payment and delivery
- They are paid online with PayPal or card, as a one-time payment. Once payment is confirmed you get your license key and the download, with a step-by-step installation guide.
- License
- Each purchase is for one (1) business. The download carries your watermark and resale is not permitted.
- What you need
- They run on n8n, in your own account, and use third-party services that you sign up for. Each product page lists them.
- Guarantee and support
- A 14-day guarantee and 30 days of support. The details are on the Guarantee page.
Installation (“Done-for-you”)
When the automation has a fixed-price installation, we book the session within 24 business hours of payment and it is up and running in that same session, in your n8n account and with your credentials.
Custom installations are quoted before we start, with scope and date in writing.
Maintenance plans
They are optional and billed automatically every month through PayPal. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account or by writing to us; cancelling stops the following charges.

We may update this page. Changes do not affect projects already under contract, which keep the terms of their contract.
